Balance Brewing & Blending Blended Cider Aged On Elderflower Style_Imperial Porter mocha and a soft touchFor this cider we used a blend of Yarlington Mill and Chisel Jersey from the 2023 season aged in Bordeaux barrels for 9 months. We steeped this blend on locally foraged elderflower. There is a really heady aroma from this cider; crisp fresh elderflower mingles with the dry, funky base bringing dried fruit leather and pineapple cubes. A floral, tart and dry finish refreshes the palate before the aroma entices you back in for another sip. Size: 750ml
